Message When your climbing mount everest :) But if you know your atmospheric conditions and they don't chang much you can always compensate for that in tuning with a MAF.

The boost sensor is not what cuts the boost. The boost sensor monitors the pressure and the ECU tells the boost solenoids to cut the boost. You have one boost solenoid on both sides of your engine, one for each wastegate. You have two boost sensors in a 1995. You can find them in the 1995 FSM schematics. There is one on each sheet of the pull outs. One is located on the top left of one sheet along the line where the injectors are and the other is on the other sheet roughly about the center.
